Job Details
Working for an amazing international software company based in CHESHIRE.
20-22k Mon – Fri, Full Time hours
Role is to be the single point of contact for customers.
Remotely connecting to customers systems to provide training and support.
Escalation of major incidents or complaints.

Key skills –
Excellent communication skills, both verbally and written.
Able to work under pressure in sometimes sensitive situations.
A strong team player with a can do attitude.
PC hardware knowledge including fault diagnosis.
Experience of using IT Service Management tools and ticketing systems such as Zendesk.
